You agree to immediately notify lele88 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. lele88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months), and potentially additional documentation as requested. 4.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification and must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your Account registration details. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.2 Prohibited Activities

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the chosen exclusion period.

9.2 Termination by lele88

lele88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately without prior notice if: you breach any provision of this Agreement; you engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; you provide false or misleading information; you create multiple Accounts; you fail KYC verification; you abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities; or your Account remains dormant for more than 12 consecutive months. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation if fraud is suspected.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of lele88 services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations with our customer support team. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated through binding arbitration or mediation as mutually agreed. By using lele88, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms
